Fries were the perfect consistency, slightly sweet, with lots of skin on. The gravy was really tasty, just the hint of ginger that makes poutine sauce so good. And the cheese! What else to say. This got me through an eight hour drive from Toronto to Vermont. Brava.
We weren't hungry at the time but wanted to try Seguin Patate. That being said my wife and I shared a #1 which was two hotdogs, fries and a drink. The hot dog seemed longer than most other places and the bun was steamed just perfect. The fries were great, large and crispy on the outside, not greasy. The staff was really friendly. Kudos to team Seguin!
Not Quebec style poutine, but absolutely the best version we’ve tried in Cornwall. We ordered the Fric Fries extra crispy as recommended by our amazing server and they did not disappoint! They were crispy, covered in loads of cheese, and topped with a generous portion of juicy hamburger meat. Extremely indulgent, so wear stretchy pants and dig in!

St. Albert Curds, good gravy and good enough fries to stand out. Nothing super fancy, but enough menu options to keep frequent visitors entertained. Valid place to go in Cornwall if you're stopping through and have never tried poutine, not to say its the only one :)
Outstanding fries, done to perfection. I grew up in Cornwall and moved to Kingston. No one does better fries. Kingston chip trucks are a very distant second and few and far between. When I come home, I stop at Seguin's before I even visit my folks! :) No better place than Cornwall for fries and Seguin's tops them all.
